Each year, Toyota South Africa compiles a report on group activity, drawing on submissions from each division. The challenge was to turn material from many contributors into one coherent presentation.
The divisional submissions were collected and organised into a structure that runs from achievements and challenges through to financial performance and future plans. A master template in the Toyota brand kept layouts, typography and colour consistent throughout.
Charts and custom infographics replaced dense data tables, and the draft was refined with the client through review rounds. The final report was delivered as an editable PowerPoint file for future updates and as a PDF for distribution.
Design and digital agency. Brand, design, visual production and digital marketing, handled by one studio from the first brief to the finished work.
