Turn a long, technical internal IT report into a presentation its audience would follow in the room and understand afterwards.
The material was restructured so the findings and the decisions needed came first, with the technical detail behind them for anyone who wanted it. Dense tables and system descriptions were redrawn as diagrams and charts, and each slide was given one point to make.
The deck was handed over as an editable PowerPoint file for presenting, with a PDF version for circulation.
