The recruitment campaign for social media presents working at Elizabeth Finn Homes honestly: the people, the residents and the kind of care the homes provide. The messaging speaks to the qualities that matter in care work as much as to qualifications.
The creative was produced as a consistent set of posts and adverts for targeted social media recruitment, so the campaign could run across platforms and be refreshed with new roles.
